Momen Terms of service
These terms apply to the Momen app and to the account pages at momensports.com. Momen is made and sold by PT Futscore Indonesia Sport, business ID (NIB) 1403230081651, Jl. Garuda RT 006/RW 004, Batuceper, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15122, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Momen you agree to these terms.
The service
Momen is a desktop app for Windows and macOS to tag, review, draw on and export sports video, with an online account that holds your licence. Momen is in beta: features can change, and we fix the problems we find as fast as we can.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. Give a real email address and keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your licence
Each account has one licence, which runs on one laptop at a time, or on two laptops of the same coach with Pelatih Pro. You can move it to another laptop yourself once every 30 days. A Tim / Klub plan gives one seat per coach, each with their own email and laptop.
The free trial lasts 14 days from the first sign-in on a laptop, one trial per laptop.
Momen keeps working offline for up to 7 days after it last reached our server; after that it needs to connect once to check the licence.
Plans and payment
Plans are paid in advance, per month or per year, at the prices shown on momensports.com when you buy. A plan does not renew by itself: before it ends we remind you by email, and you renew only when you choose to.
Payments in Rupiah are processed for us by Xendit (bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet).
Our order process for payments in US dollars is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all of those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries for them and handles returns, and the Paddle checkout buyer terms (paddle.com/legal) apply to the purchase.
Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Every payment can be refunded in full within 14 days. The refund policy explains how.
Your videos and data
Your videos, tags, drawings, voice notes and exports stay on your laptop and remain yours. We do not upload them. The privacy policy explains what the account stores.
People in your videos
You are responsible for having the right to record, analyse and share the people in your videos. When players are under 18, make sure their parents, guardians or club have agreed, as the law where you work requires. Do not use Momen to publish video you have no right to publish.
Fair use
Do not share one licence between several people, copy, modify or resell the app, get around the licence check, or use Momen to break the law or the rights of others.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Momen and the account service running and your licence safe, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for videos or files lost on your laptop (keep copies of what matters), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using Momen and delete your account at any time from the account pages. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why when we can. If we ever stop the service, we refund the unused days of paid plans.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and we email you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we disagree, we first try to settle it together; failing that, the District Court of Tangerang decides.
