Momen Privacy policy
This policy explains what PT Futscore Indonesia Sport, business ID (NIB) 1403230081651, Jl. Garuda RT 006/RW 004, Batuceper, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15122, Indonesia ("we") keeps about you when you use Momen and momensports.com, why, and what you can ask of us. We are the controller of this data.
What we keep
Your account: email, name, a password hash (never the password itself), your plan and its end date, and for a club, who its members are.
Your laptop: an identifier made from the laptop (a one-way hash, not its serial number) and a hardware check, so a licence runs on the laptop it belongs to.
Security: the internet address and time of sign-ins and account changes, kept in an audit log to stop abuse.
Payments: what you bought, the amount, the date and the payment channel. Card, bank and e-wallet details are handled by Xendit or Paddle and never reach us.
Error reports: when the app runs into a fault it can send a short technical report (app version, operating system, the error, which can name a file it could not open). It contains no videos and no content of your matches.
What stays on your laptop
Videos, matches, tags, drawings, voice notes and exports stay on your laptop. Voice notes are turned into text on the laptop itself. Team tagging and the phone remote work over your own Wi-Fi network.
Why we use it
To create your account, sign you in and run your licence (our contract with you); to take payments and keep the records tax law requires (a legal duty); to send account emails such as invitations, receipts and reminders before a plan ends; and to keep the service safe and fix faults (our legitimate interest). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
Hostinger (our server and email), Xendit (Rupiah payments, Indonesia), Paddle (US$ payments as merchant of record, United Kingdom), Google Analytics (website visits, only after you allow it, United States) and Google Fonts (the font of the website). Each one processes only what it needs for that job. Where data goes to another country, it goes to providers bound by their own data protection terms.
Cookies
The account pages use a sign-in cookie, a security cookie for forms and a short cookie that remembers the plan you chose while you sign up. These are needed for the site to work.
With your permission, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us how visitors use the website, such as which pages are read and where visits come from. We ask before setting them; until you allow them, Google only receives anonymous counts without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of the pages of this website.
How long
We keep your account while you use it. When you delete it, we remove your account data straight away, except payment records, which we keep as long as Indonesian tax law requires, and the audit log, which we keep for up to 12 months. Error reports are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data on the account pages, delete your account there yourself, and ask us for a copy of your data or to stop a use of it. These rights follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to halo@momensports.com; we answer within 14 days.
Children
Momen is meant for coaches and analysts. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 18 without a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version, and we email you about important changes.
